Hey mom! So I don't have much time. But this week was alright. So because I had the dentist appointment on Thursday we moved out temple trip to Wednesday. IT was really cool! I'm so glad I got to go. After we dropped the car back to the sisters we walked back to the apartment and we stopped at Dairy Queen for lunch. On Tuesday we went and did some service at the house of some investigators of the sisters. That was fun we just racked and stuff. Thursday was my dentist appointment. Nothing crazy. Just sort of looking at my mouth and they gave me some prices. Good stuff. On Saturday we went to the Elders Quorum activity. It was really fun. Unfortunately Elder Baer got sick from some of the food. He was dying at church on Sunday :( Then they went home and spent the day there. Elder Twitchell and I went to a  baptism and us and the sisters sang. It didn't go so good because we hadn't had a chance to practice it :/ But it wasn't awful. The baptism was really good. After the baptism we ran over to the church for the fireside. President Van Cott and Sister Van Cott and their daughter that just came home from her mission came and spoke to the ward. It was really good. The members liked it and so we are hoping that maybe the members will be more willing to come out and help us with lessons! haha

But that's been the week! I'm sorry this is short! I'll do better next time!

This week it was pretty good, we had an investigator at church. Her name is G.. She's like 60 and from Cuba. She's super nice. Kind of like a grandma haha. It was stake conference so the Spanish wards formed a choir and sang and it was really fun. Something else that was cool that happened this last Sunday was the ordination of 2 of our recent converts to the Melchizedek Priesthood. I got to stand in the circle which was super cool. I'd never done that before!

So basically the only cool thing that happened  this week is that L. finally came to church we have been working with him since I got here but he came and he really liked it so we are super excited for next week! This last week was really rough. Nobody was home or wanted to talk to us :( But we are being positive about this next week! I'll talk to yall next week! I love yall! bye!

Hey mom!

So it was awesome to talk to you and everyone on Christmas! Dad telling me to talk to Ella was a little weird but it’s all good. It was really fun to talk to everyone and see everyone! After the skyping we just went around and did work. We had a cool lesson with one of our investigators. The best one was probably with M. we had a good lesson her.  

After that the next coolest thing was probably the P. family. We found them in our former list and we went over and had a really good lesson and we are super excited about them. They seem really prepared and willing to act and try to find out for themselves. So we have another lesson planned with them for this week and we are really excited for them!!

Other than that not much has happened. We had a mission conference and Elder Higham came. It was a lot of fun and strangely like relaxed in some ways. But I learned a lot and I'm excited to apply it to my area!
